📬 GENERAL SHIPPING INFO 

All packages are sent out using USPS from the USA, with tracking for certain countries. Please allow extra time for packages to arrive outside of their estimated timeframe of 1-4 weeks, depending on your country.

  • INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item/shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Note that I cannot ship to any countries suspended by the USPS.

  • EUROPEAN UNION BUYERS: As of July 2021, EU customers will be charged VAT on all shipments they receive. VAT is not included in the item price or shipping charges, and is the responsibility of the customer to pay when notified by their local services.

    In addition to this, I have not registered for a LUCID number, which the VerpackG packaging act requires for businesses. Packages from other small businesses have been able to go through customs just fine since the change, however I cannot give a 100% guarantee this will always be the case.

  • UNITED KINGDOM BUYERS: Due to the UK's complex VAT requirements, I am unable to sell and ship my physical books to the UK at this time (digital is okay). For now, I would recommend for a friend from another country to buy and receive it for you 😔

  • FILIPINO BUYERS: Contact me if you would like to purchase any physical products in this shop and I may be able to ship it locally (with the caveat that quality/availability of the items will differ from ordering internationally).

 

🏠 ADDRESS ISSUES

If your address changes/has an error, please contact me ASAP to let me know so I can update your shipping information. I am not responsible for any packages sent to incorrect addresses if I am not informed of it.

Please also refrain from using addresses such as college/university/campus mail rooms due to high reported incidents of misplaced orders. Secondary addresses such as a neighbor or a friend's home are okay.

 

📦 RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • I accept cancellations for physical products within 48 hours of your purchase unless already sent out.
  • I do not allow returns or exchanges.
  • I do not offer refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your package has missing items, please email me within one week of receiving the package with your order number and photos of the product.

 

💵 CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

All prices are in USD. My payment processor is PayPal (and I am subject to a painful 4.99% + flat rate Paypal fee for each transaction).
